Tom's — Midnight Garden (1999)

While staying with his aunt and uncle in a city flat to avoid his brother's measles, a young boy named Tom feels bored and confined. His life changes when he hears a communal grandfather clock strike thirteen at midnight. Investigating the sound, he discovers that the small back yard has transformed into a vast, sunlit Victorian garden.
